Portfolio Construction

Portfolio construction

The third step of our financial planning process takes the asset allocation provided as a result of stage two and attache the actual funds which form the makeup of your portfolio.  These funds are fully researched and critiqued on a regular basis.

Just as critical as initial fund selection is to review the portfolio on an ongoing basis.  Any funds that may fall short are quickly highlighted, enabling us to make the appropriate changes to your portfolio.

At the end of stage three we have your generic portfolio constructed.  HOWEVER, unlike numerous larger institutions who depend entirely upon technology our fundamental belief is that only by discussing your current circumstances face-to-face can we fully appreciate your particular requirements and gather SOFT as well as HARD facts, so we take things one stage further.

Our expert advisers use their experience and knowledge of 'you' to fine-tune your generic portfolio so that it takes into consideration anything such a 'technical' process may have missed. In other words - COMMON SENSE!
